You can register for TimpsonTalk by filling out and submitting this form. Only registered users are allowed into TimpsonTalk. Choose a username for yourself (such as your last name) and make sure this username contains no spaces. Also create a private password. Together these will be your "key" into TimpsonTalk from now on. This information will be kept in a registration database that is accessible only to the webmaster, not to ordinary users.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE. If you believe someone knows your password you must notify us immediately and set up a new password. You are responsible for your password and the posts made with it. KEEP YOUR PASSWORD CONFIDENTIAL.

New additions to these terms may be posted anytime on the website, or a notice may be posted that the terms have been amended. Your membership may be revoked at any time with or without just cause by the webmaster at his discretion. Reasons for revocation may include, but are not limited to slander, profanity, personal attacks, illegal content, (i.e.; posting viruses, cracks, hacks, pirated software, porn, etc), posting personal, private information about someone else or copyrighted material without proper permission. (You get the idea.)
If your information changes, for example you get a new email address you will need to update by filling out a new registration form or emailing webmaster@timpsontexas.com with your new info. Anyone found to have given a false name or email address will be removed from registration list.
You must provide your name. You identity will not be released to the general public or other users of TimpsonTalk, but will be released to any governmental or law enforcement agency upon request. You are responsible for your own posts so use good sense. Not only is slander of another person against our rules, it is illegal. The webmaster may disclose any information in his possession, including, without limitation, information about Subscribers, internet transmissions and website activity in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, summons, discovery request, warrant, statute, regulation or governmental request, to protect himself, TimpsonTalk or others from harm, and/or to ensure the proper operation of the web site. The webmaster has no obligation to notify any person, including the Subscriber about whom information is sought, that he has provided the information.
The username you provide will be your log on name and will appear with each of your posts.
As always you must not use profanity, name calling, or anything that could be considered grounds for legal action, IE slander, libel etc. Say what you want, but say it nicely. This website is available for the entire world to see, even the children

Garage Sales, personal items for sale, notices are welcome, however no commercial advertising or posts are allowed without written permission from the webmaster. Email will be considered valid permission.
Due to federal law You must be over 13 years old to register or we will need verbal and written permission from a parent or legal guardian before you register. A phone call and an email can satisfy this requirement. If you are under 13 and you lie about your age you are breaking the law and may have to answer for your actions
You may not post a minor's name or identifying information without parental permission. In some cases a first name will be allowed. For example when congratulating a minor or group of minors for an outstanding accomplishment you may use their first name only. Parents or legal guardians only may post their own child's entire name.
